Where's the Cardio in CrossFit?

Many look at our workouts as written and the question is often asked, "What do you do for cardio in CrossFit?"  I think all who actually perform the workouts can honestly say that it isn't a lack of muscular strength that slows them down and keeps them from busting out the reps, but more the cardiovascular output. Today, this was definitely apparent.
