This AWESOME group of women headed down to CrossFit Tucson for the Wine-Women-WOD Event this past weekend. We did a few WOD's, set some new PR's drank, ate, did a little shopping and of course laughed a lot!
WOD 3: 5 Minutes to find 1 Rep. Max. Weight Barbell Complex Clean Front Squat Hang Clean Front Squat Shoulder to Overhead
WOD 2: 40M Farmer Carry (Rx'd: 2/44lb KB Scaled & Masters :2/35lb KB) 12 Calorie Row Rx'd: 6 Pistols Scaled/Masters 30 Air Squats
WOD 1: 10 minute time cap 1 Deadlift RX'd 155 lbs. Scaled/Masters 125lbs 1 Burpee 2 Deadlifts 2 Burpees 3 Deadlifts 3 Burpees
...and so on to 10 (uncompleted reps penalty for not finishing within the time cap)
After all three WOD's there was a tie for 2nd inthe Rx'd division. So Tara went head to head in a 2 minute Tie Breaker: 150ish meter sprint followed by as many pull ups as possible.
We ended up with exactly the same number of pull ups, so we stayed tied for second.
