Kevin Cornell's (-105kg, USA) first pull on 195kg at the 2013 Arnold, which he made for a lifetime PR. This image illustrates that fast rising hips don't ALWAYS mean a change in back angle. While Cornell's back angle changes slightly from the moment he starts to pull off the floor, it stays very consistent from the bar being a few inches off the floor until the bar reaches the knees, despite an early rise in his hips.
