We believe in the journey. As trainers and athletes ourselves, we are the first ones to understand this is a journey, not a destination. It’s a lifetime of trials, errors and successes.


We believe having so much passion for what we do that it fuels our growth. We embrace and drive change within our community by being positive and respectful. This means doing it with integrity; doing the right thing even when no one is looking.  We LOVE our community and we thrive on quality over quantity.

We believe in communication and professionalism in what we do. We’ll provide the “why” for everything we do to be transparent.


We believe in keeping it simple. Our workouts use multi-joint movements that can be done with just your bodyweight or free-weights. They are effective and can be done anywhere, safely. We train movements, not muscles.

We believe in staying humble and selfless. Check your ego at the door, it’s better for everyone. No one is above you, no one is beneath you, everyone is beside you.

Lastly, we believe in fun. We are confident in our strengths and recognize our weaknesses. We don’t take things too seriously.  We believe in being able to laugh at yourself and knowing that there is more to life than just working out.
