In the Sled Low Pull, the body stays low throughout the distance, arms fully extended, move by keeping legs as straight as possible and dig heels into ground and move like a toy soldier. Head and chest must remain lower than the butt for the entire distance. This develops a powerful hamstring response, continuing to develop strength and awareness in the posterior chain for squatting and deadlifting.
