Cody and Justin joined us today and did an AWESOME job! Thanks, Buck and Patty, for introducing the boys to CrossFit! They will join the up and coming generation of CrossFitters. Jeff and Mikki Martin from Brand X Martial Arts have done an amazing job of putting this together and getting this information out there for the rest of us to learn from.
CONGRATULATIONS to Katie for getting 10 kipping pullups in a row today! Katie has been working out with us for 6 months and has had incredible improvements in strength and form and this is only just her latest accomplishment. She is a great example of the rewards of determination, focus, and consistency.
