Snatch grip pulls 2-2-2-2-2-2-2 to a max

Snatch 2-2-2-2-2

This was mostly technique practice, focusing on learning the transition from the first pull to the second pull. Good job everybody, Mike H., Amanda, Tavis, Bill, John T., Cori. Most of the crew, except John T. and Mike H., had not worked on this level of technique. We got a good demo of this technique from the Peaks Weightlifting gang, most of whom were also doing snatch grip pulls! Ivy Barron is especially impressive and instructional to watch.
