(post weight chosen - really push yourself on weight and hanging on to the bar for dear life!)

2. 3 Rounds For Time:
      10 Double KB Shoulder-to-Overhead (1.5 p M/1 p W)
      15 Toes-to-Bar

3.  Gym WOD and Grip Strength work

Saturday

LSD (LONG SLOW DISTANCE) DAY!  Gym WOD - run or row or hike.  This is active rest today, since we have the Couples Competition WOD tomorrow.  Don't worry about time, just move steady.

Kettlebell clinic in afternoon.
