"The Vortex"

Run 1.5 miles for time.
During the run,
Every odd minute, on the minute, complete 10 Pushups.
Every even minute, on the minute, complete 15 Jumping Lunges.

The faster you run, the less pushups and lunges you have to do.  Go get 'em.

The video posted for the lunges is for walking lunges, but the same form and technique applies to the jumping switch of the feet mid-air, and landing into the next lunge.
