The Cold-Dark MURPH Challenge was met!

For time: 

1 mile Run
   100 Pullups
   200 Pushups
   300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pullups, pushups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a 20 lb. weight vest, wear it.

LOTS of people read Matt's challenge on the website last night and came to do Murph today because of it!  I heard several stories through the day today about how they weren't going to come today, but the trigger was set as soon as they read that challenge.  Amazing!  Great motivation, Matt!
