Teams of 3: 25 minute AMRAP 75 Cal Row or Bike 50 Power Cleans 75 Cal Row or Bike 50 Power Cleans -increase 10-20# above 1st rd 75 Cal Row or Bike 50 Power Cleans -increase 10-20# above 2nd rd 75 Cal Row or Bike 50 Power Cleans -increase 10-20# above 3rd rd
The goal of today's work out was with one barbell per team to get through 500 reps (1 Round). There were no Rx'd weights. You had to choose increasing weights each rounds and average the weight ability across all 3 teammates. The person who can typically lift more will take more reps and go faster with a weight that may be a little lighter for them, working on their metabolic capacity and cycling of the barbell part of their fitness. The weight may be a little heavier for 1-2 people on average, so they take less reps but work more on strength.
