20 Minute AMRAP: - 7 Box Jumps (30"/24") - Shuttle Sprint (run to the middle and back and then directly to the other side) - 7 Unbroken Overhead Squats (75#/55#) - Shuttle Sprint

SKILL WORK - a nice little hello from Lindsay, from far away in Chicago where you can't reach her to slap her for this.... In a team of 2,  load 2 barbells to the same HEAVY weight. Farmer carry the barbells 400m.
