Sept. Free Saturday

Thanks to all those who came for our Free Saturday event this month! Every Saturday our 10:00 a.m. class is open to the public to attend and join us in a workout for our drop-in rate. Each month, we host a Free Saturday open house/workout. Great job to all who joined us today!

*Run 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1K

- After each run distance do:
    - 10 Thrusters 100#/70#
    - 10 Burpees

*Form Teams of 2 and complete the WOD in the above order as a Team
Team runs together. Each team will only be given 1 barbell and they'll have to complete 10 thrusters and 10 burpees each, not shared. So after each run, one could start with thruster first while the other do burpees then swap. Then go out for next run, etc. OR after each run teams of two complete 10 thrusters together, and 10 burpees together.
