10 Rounds of:
Every 2 minutes complete:
3 Muscle ups
5 Cleans, 225/155
7 Burpees
Post times for all 10 rounds.   
If you are unable to complete all the reps inside of the 2-minutes decrease the weight of the clean.

There's a hulk inside all of us. It's your job to bring it out.
