CHS and Cross Fit Young Athletes both did Team WOD Love Your Ball today!
Teams of 2 Complete:
800m Run - Overhead Carry (pass as necessary) 100 - Wall Ball 100 - Med Ball Situps (pass ball back and forth; ball must touch ground while reaching overhead) 100 - Chest Pass, 10 ft. apart 100 - Pass Around (standing back to back, twist, passing the ball to each other) 800m Run - Overhead Carry (pass as necessary)
*Medicine ball cannot touch ground from the time the workout starts, except during situps. 10 burpee penalty added to end of workout for each teammate every time it does.
