We had the pleasure of new faces joining us today!  Dave, a strong CrossFitter from Pennsylvania, and Melba, a very strong gal who is going to be a force to contend with!  Thanks, Kyle Doll, for introducing us to her!  Keep up the good work, both of you!

Speaking of Kyle Doll-he and Cullen both had big improvements on the overhead squat and both learned to climb the rope today!  Strong work!

Patty is really gaining strength and form as well.  She went up in her overhead squat weight AND climbed the rope today!  She, as well as the rest of us, was VERY excited!
