Intro Front Squats   "For load" : Give Groups of 3 15 minutes to work up to a loaded set of 5 reps

Then:

OTM for 12 min: Minute 1: 5 Front Squats Minute 2: 30 seconds of Double Unders/Single Unders Minute 3: 20 Ab Mat Sit Ups
