Dr. Bycura (far right) and her research assistants are performing a study on the NAU CrossFit students. Today when the students did their "pre-test" work out they were wearing these Bio Harness devices. The information will be down loaded and compared to "post-test" data on these same students at the end of the semester. They will be looking at data to see how CrossFit training affects a variety of fitness markers.


Prior to the WOD, the students had to lay quiet and still for 1o minutes. I have NEVER seen or heard the gym THAT quiet and still.
