"Nancy" is a CrossFit Benchmark WOD using Overhead Squats instead of the Push Jerk.
Great form on the Push Jerks today! Good hip extension, not jumping too high or feet too wide in the landing, strong overhead with a nice straight line from the arm down through the shoulder joint into the torso, butt back, weight in heels, keeping active shoulders all the way through the lift.
