Musical Med Balls!

Practiced squat form. 

12-9-6 rep rounds for time:

  • Supermans with a 2 sec count
  • Squats
  • Tuck Jumps

Then, Musical Medicine Ball!

Music starts.  The kids either lunge or broad jump or bear crawl around the cones that are set up around the medicine balls.  When the music stops the kids run and squat over the medicine ball.  If there is a tie then there is a squat-off to see who wins.  The two in the tie squat for 30 sec and the one with the most squats wins.
