We honored 2 heros today.  Murph and one of our own.  It is with great sadness that we learned this afternoon that Lance Davison took his own life this weekend and leaves a huge hole in our lives.  Murph was his favorite workout.  He should have been there today, alongside the rest of us, wearing a weight vest and setting the time for the day.  Poking fun at us, laughing at himself, making us roll our eyes and laugh with him.  Lance.  We will miss you, Brother.   Some choices are ones those outside the scope of the choice can never understand.  Instead, we honor you with our effort and remember you with our tears.  You're in our hearts, always.  On this day.  2-11-14 RIP.

6:00 Strength Focus will be cancelled tomorrow night and CrossFit will be moved up to 6:00.  We will host a BBQ potluck and beer toast and story-telling session at 7:00.  Please come.  Share your grief and share you laughter - share you memories.  We are a family.   A community that Lance loved and was an integral part of.  Let's bring it together for him tomorrow night and share this loss together.
