AC^2 and SICest are over and we now have 3 weeks to prepare for our next competition on November 9th - The Furious Six: 3 Rings of Fury!!!! We saw awesome performances, PR's and improved skills in both of these past competitions! Keep up the strong work and stay consistent in your workouts, nutrition, and rest! Continue to do EPIC SHIT!
1. Skills 5 rounds of: :20 Handstand Hold, :40 Rest - Against a wall with really pretty positioning. Think, active shoulders and straight line - heels to hands
