Choose a challenging weight and stay with it through all 3 rounds.  Load changes with each exercise, just not each round.

  • Front Squat 5-5-5 rep rounds
  • Deadlift 5-5-5 rep rounds
  • Jerk 5-5-5 rep rounds

Donna!  Great improvements on your squat.  Initiating the squat with the hips back, weight in heels, chest up!  Nice!

Cullen has also gained huge improvements in his form in the Deadlift.  Cullen has taken his weight down to work the mechanics, consistently, with vast improvements.  Nice work!!!

Dip -with chest up, back in heels, butt back. Drive -full extension through the hips, elevating the bar off the body.  Drop and Press the body down and UNDER the bar.  Catching in solid lunge position.
