In the month of January our Skill Focus will be Strict Pull Ups. A lot of people have been asking about how to get their first pull up so we thought we would start off the new year by working that weakness. Whether you have many strict pull ups, 1 or 2 or none at all there will be skills and volume training for all ability levels each day in January!
