Leg Smokin' Saturday


The Tabata method of training is 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest in which you get as many reps in each interval as possible, trying to maintain a consistent number throughout.  The lowest number of reps completed in any of the 8 intervals is the counted score.
