Awesome efforts, you guys!  This IS a hard workout with 5 rounds, and if you can manage a smile after each round, that is impressive!  Those who dug in and did this workout inspite of feeling less than on top of their game get even more kudos today.  Half the battle sometimes is just stepping up and doing it.  That is the strength for the day!
