Complete 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of
rest of each exercise. Score for each exercise is your lowest number of reps obtained out of each of the 8 intervals for each exercise. Complete all 8 intervals of each exercise before moving to the next. There is no rest between exercises.
