What's a Tabata??
For 20 seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can - then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this 7 more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total work per exercise.
The score is the least number of reps for any of the 8 intervals in the given exercise.
Today's Tabata Exercises:
1 minute of rest is given between each exercise before moving on to Tabata the next one.
