Free Saturday Class: Teams of Two
3 Rounds - 30, 20, 10 reps
Both team members complete 30 reps of each exercise the first round, 20 reps of each exercise the second round, etc. and only one team member can be working at a time with the exception of the 400m run (that can be done at the same time).
