Free Saturday Class: Teams of Two
Teams of Two Complete:
- 30 (each) Partner Wall Ball
- 30 Slam Ball
- 30 Hip Extensions
- 30 (each) Partner Med Ball Situps
- 30 Body Builders
- 30 Box Jumps
(optional: 2nd Round of 15 each)
At the stations with two exercises team members execute opposite movements and once both team members complete their first movement then they switch movements. Each team member will complete 30 reps of each movement.
