Figuring Out How to Pace and When to Push

Max Reps:
2 Minutes Double Under Jumprope
1 Minute Rest
2 Minutes Power Clean to Front Squat
1 Minute Rest
2 Minutes Situps -AbMat or GHD
1 Minute Rest

Complete 2 Rounds, try to match or beat reps of Rd. 1 in Rd. 2
This was a good one for finding out when to push your limits and go hard.  Several people felt they could have gone harder by the end of the workout, because they paced themselves too much during the workout.  Gaming the workout- finding the fine line between going too hard and pacing too much....  You're always capable of more than you think you are.
