Don't forget, your final week of Zone log books are due!  A couple of you have wanted help with the Zone but haven't kept a log book.  I can't help you unless I know what you are eating, and you won't know what you are eating if you aren't logging it.  I guarantee it.  Please bring in your log books!

Congratulations to all of you who tried it and gave it that month!  I know it has been difficult, but I also know you have learned a lot from it.
