CrossFit WOD -IMG_2350 IMG_2348 Deficit Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps Stand on extra plates so that your grip on the barbell is lower than in your normal setup.

 

Strength WOD - Pause Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 climbing  Hold 3 sec at bottom of each squat before standing up.
