Snatch turn over during a workout like "All Fours" can make the difference in getting in a couple more reps and not getting as fatigue intra workout. Smooth is fast and fast is smooth. The bar path should always be as up and down as possible, as straight as possible, and as consistent as possible. Here is a great video of how to turn light load snatches over more efficiently.
