"Anchorman" 12 minute AMRAP: 30 air squats 200M run 10 Push Jerks Choose a weight for Push Jerks you can do unbroken in beginning or be able to maintain 2 sets of 5 for whole work out.
The later classes in the day had to battle the snow and winds on their 400 M runs. Notice they are STILL SMILING!! =)
