For as long as possible:
From 0:00-3:00 2 rounds of: 10 Overhead Squats, 95# M/65# W 10 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
From 6:00-9:00 2 rounds of: 14 Overhead Squats, 95# M/65# W 14 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
Strength Focus Snatch 75% 1RM – 3 reps Snatch 75% 1RM + 10 lbs – 3 reps Snatch 75% 1RM + 20 lbs – 3 reps
Great judging, awesome cheering and community strength, and fierce fighting through those reps! As with the Open 14.1, we saw a ton of PR's today on the Overhead Squat! New 1RM's set, and old ones repped out for multiple reps - no more a 1RM! Congrats everyone!
