Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 10 Burpee Pullovers 30 Squats 60 seconds of Handstand Hold This is a static handstand hold, not a walk. Only count time while the hands are stationary. If needed, use a wall. Post rounds and reps completed.
5 Rounds – Every 3 minutes, perform: -5x front squat (80-85% 1 RM) + 25x unbroken double unders
*Unbroken is the goal on the DUs, but cutoff to get unbroken is the 2 minute mark each round.
