After reading more about good quality beer, talking to some learned folks who know their beer (Bruce and Jane), and comparing it to the glycemic index of wine, I am going to accept beer into the acceptable beverages on the No Sugar Challenge.  I would apologize to those of you who would have liked to have been drinking it the last week and 1/2, but you're better off for it, regardless!

Keep up the good work!  You have nearly completed your 2nd week!  Don't forget to bring your food journals on Sunday or Monday!

Ben Jaffe, Chloe Delaloye, and Jane Marks - you still have not checked yours in from last time.  If you do not do so this week, we will take that as your resignation from this Challenge.
