Congratulations to every one of you who came to the gym today. I haven't felt this particularly inspired by a heavy day or by instruction and attention to movement in a long time. I am always inspired by everyone in our gym, but today was special. Each of you came, ready to meet this workout head-on, putting away the "I can't" and being so absolutely willing to say, "I can" and practice every skill drill I gave you over and over and over again. You each gave it the focus and attention and patience it needs, and I could not believe how much improvement I saw in every single individual as a result. Thank you.
