All Sorts of Pullups -and Faces!


10 rounds for time of:

  • 3 Weighted Pullups -45 lb. M/30 lb. W
  • 5 Strict Pullups
  • 7 Kipping Pullup

For weighted pullups place the dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pullups and then the kipping pullups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets it took to complete the workout.
