First let me say I love the video, they did a great job. The only caveat I would say is that 100%, too much of anything is unhealthy. I know that isn't the intent of the video but you should understand that too. I also have an issue with the lean meat stuff. Especially for our population, we need more healthy energy dense foods and when you eat a healthy animals who eat healthy food, you eat all of the things that healthy animal ate, most of which gets stored in their fat.
