Liz's Set Up:
- Weight is in her heels
- Shoulders are slightly in front of the bar
- Back is arched and lumbar is lock in
- Arms are straight and locked
- Bar is in contact with her shins.
Execution:
- Drives through her heels
- Hips and shoulders rise at the same time
- Bar stays incontact with her legs
- In photo 3 her head is a little out of neutral allignment but continues to keep lumber curve
- Finishes at the top with hips completely open and knees straight.

Thanks everybody for helping me with these deadlifts today! Definitely going to try to remember to keep my neck and head neutral, but I wouldn't be where I am today without everyone's love, coaching and support. Thanks again everybody. :)
