Liz's Set Up:
- Weight is in her heels
- Shoulders are slightly in front of the bar
- Back is arched and lumbar is lock in
- Arms are straight and locked
- Bar is in contact with her shins.
- Drives through her heels
- Hips and shoulders rise at the same time
- Bar stays incontact with her legs
- In photo 3 her head is a little out of neutral allignment but continues to keep lumber curve
- Finishes at the top with hips completely open and knees straight.
