Full Handstand Pushups scaled to Dumbbell Presses, Band Assisted HSPU, and Box HSPU.
Full weight Kettlebell Swings swung up to full overhead position scaled in decreasing weights and range of motion limited to face or chest height.
Full plank Pushups scaled to pushups from the knees, off a box, or even more elevated by pushing away from the wall.
Full strict or kipping Pullups pulled to chest touching the bar scaled to chin over bar, jumping from a box, band assisted, or ring rows.
