On the Minute for 12 Minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Strict Presses (65%-75%)
- Even Minutes: Max Pull Ups
- Unstable Bench (work up to 1 Rep Max)
- Record weight as barbell + weight of both kettlebells (ie, 185+70)
