Teams of 3:
- Row 1500m (relay, switching every 250m)
- Run 1200m (relay, each runs 400m)
- 60 Box Jumps (20-24-30″) (Everyone must do 20 jumps – not in a row, but needs to get 20 done. Each athlete must use a different height box.)
- 60 Burpees (get it done anyhow)
- 60 Box Jumps (same numbers)
- 1200m Run (same relay)
- 1500m Row (same relay)
