Big thanks to Carl Paoli and all who came up to Flagstaff or the gymnastics seminar today!  It was a great day, full of helpful instruction on how to teach and learn the basic foundations of gymnastics movements such as the Pistol, Handstand Pushup, Kipping Pullup, Muscle Up, and Rope Climb. 

This was a very educational and helpful seminar!  Strongly recommend it to anyone who can get the privilege of attending one.  Carl is the best!
