300-yard Shuttle sprint for time:
Run to the 50-yard line and back
Run to the 100-yard line and back
Rest 90 sec., Then:
5 rounds for time of:
20 foot Rope Climb, 1 ascent
20 yard Sled Drive -300# M/200# W
The athletes will drive the prowler 100 yards in 20-yard increments.
